isardSAT, a Catalan Service and Research company dedicated to the analysis and processing of Earth Observation and climate data to provide solutions to address the climate emergency, has decided to implement a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. With the implementation of this rule, it will improve the service it provides to its customers, in the project development processes, meeting their needs, increasing their satisfaction, and complying with the current legal regulations. The Management of isardSAT approaches the quality system as a way of organizing the operation of isardSAT based on basic pillars such as the quality of its products, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the system’s effectiveness. For this reason, the Quality Management System of isardSAT It is based on:

  • Quality and its improvement, as the responsibility of all members of the company, starting from the top.
  • Quality requires everyone’s participation and collaboration, which is why this Policy is disseminated to all the company’s staff so that they know it, understand it and comply with it.
  • Ensure that all staff have the necessary resources and receive the necessary training to properly perform their work role.
  • Ensure the continuous motivation of the staff.
  • Planning, executing, and reviewing and improving the management system, always bearing in mind the internal and external context of the company.
  • Quality is aimed at the satisfaction of all our customers and stakeholders. We achieve this through the commitment of the entire company to fulfil its needs and requirements. Also, respecting the legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products to be developed.
  • Quality is supported by the continuous improvement of both the production and service delivery processes, as well as the effectiveness of the quality management system. For this reason, preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
  • Quality directs us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and to the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.
  • Finally, ensure that all suppliers comply with quality standards.
